Hello and welcome to my page! I am a born and raised East Tennessean living just outside of Knoxville with my husband and our three children. Our family is very active in youth sports like baseball, basketball, volleyball, and track. Coaching their baseball teams has been an adventure I will come back to year after year!
Being physically active has always been important to me because I have seen, first-hand, the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle from my grandmother. I was inspired by how much physical therapy helped her pain and quality of life. Instead of wishing that I could help people like those PTs helped my grandmother, I set off to work and haven’t stopped since.
Today, I am academically qualified, and mentally prepared for the rigors of graduate school. I am passionate about helping others, because others have helped me and I know the impact it can have. My goal is to become a physical therapist, and I know I will meet it.
